I'm still integrating everything that happened in Florida.
We just spent four days with 40 sales pros, leaders, and entrepreneurs who were willing to go all-in. At the start, I asked a simple question:
"Raise your hand if you're okay being challenged."
Every hand went up. And you know we honored that courage.
I could spend paragraphs trying to explain the power of the community, the breakthroughs, the depth of connection. But it won't cut it.
It's better to hear directly from the people in the room, the people who took time out of their lives to do something a little weird, who were ready to drop the mask and do the real work. This is what they discovered:
Leadership is just vulnerability in action.
One attendee put it perfectly: “Vulnerability without power feels unstable; power without vulnerability feels unrelatable.” The work is learning to hold both.
Fear is a compass, not a stop sign.
The biggest takeaway echoing through the group was this: “If you’re scared, do it scared.” The fear doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong path. It often means you’re exactly where you need to be.
The story you tell yourself is the only thing holding you back.
This isn't your average sales training. As one leader shared, the work is rooted in “removing personal blockages to transcend to a higher level of consciousness that impacts the world with an open & authentic heart.”
This is the work we do in the room. The work that we choose to lean into.
We aren't just upleveling careers. We are healing old wounds. We are transforming relationships. We are waking people back up to who they really are.
The ripple effect into our professional lives is undeniable.
