Your weekly dose of Alluviance!
Most of us are letting the world tell us who to become.
This weekend, a little over 30 of us are gathering in Austin for our Alignment Immersion.
And we’re sitting with one question:
Is your inner world reflecting your outer world?
Because the outside world is LOUD.
Forecasts.
Expectations.
Fear.
Anxiety.
Stress.
If we’re not careful, we absorb all of it.
Our chest tightens. Our work becomes something to survive. Our relationships get whatever energy is left.
Eventually, we call that "life."
I’ve been reading Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill. He argues that 98 out of every 100 people become "drifters."
Drifters can still be ambitious.
They just stopped choosing.
They follow the current of whatever their company, calendar, family, or culture expects from them.
Hill calls what happens next "hypnotic rhythm."
Repeat a pattern long enough and it stops feeling like a pattern.
It starts feeling inevitable.
Wake up.
React.
Perform.
Achieve.
Numb out.
Repeat.
(If that doesn’t describe at least one season of my life, I’d be full of sh*t.)
Alignment is reversing the direction.
Love.
Presence.
Purpose.
Devotion.
These aren’t rewards we receive once the outside world finally cooperates.
They’re what we build from.
That doesn’t mean ignoring reality or pretending everything is perfect.
The world can be hard.
But it doesn’t get to become the author of your life.
When your inner world leads, your work starts reflecting what matters to you.
Your relationships receive your presence.
Your calendar becomes evidence of your values.
Your life begins to feel like yours again.
This weekend, we’re not gathering to escape our lives.
We’re gathering to remember who is supposed to be creating them.
Stop drifting.
Take your truth back.
Build from the inside out.
P.S. To everyone joining us in Austin, bring the version of you underneath all the noise. That’s the one we’re here to meet. 🙏

"New Immersion Recap Video is in..."
This past June we threw a retreat in upstate New York for ~40 people.
I get asked from so many people, "So what the heck do you ya'll do on these things??"
Well... it's something you just gotta experience to understand 😉
