As we shut the door on 2023, this little window of time before New Year's offers us a wonderful space for reflection.
I love to set aside time for personal reflection on the year and also spend time evaluating my performance as a sales leader and how my team performed. This year is a little different though!
This is Alluviance's first full year as a business, and I'd like to invite you on a little celebration of what has been. I feel incredibly grateful for all that we have accomplished this year, and also of course remind myself that this is just the beginning of the beginning.
For those of you who have aspirations beyond a W2 or stepping into something bigger in the coming year, let this serve as a reminder of what is possible when you open up to the journey of an essence-led leader.

Birth of the In-Person Retreat

Completely sold out the first two In-Person Retreats in both July and November (and are almost sold out for our next one in February)

Supported 100+ sales professionals on how to master the craft of sales by transforming the inner game

Published 32 episodes of The Rising Leader podcast including some amazing guests who have now become close friends and part of the Alluviance Community

Launched the Alluviance Newsletter and including this week will have published 48 weekly newsletters

Left my role as Head of Sales at Catalyst to become the full-time CEO of Alluviance (which means that most of things accomplished this year were done in addition to a full-time role)

We are building and growing the sales community we always wanted to be a part of (along side Tom Alaimo and Clara Johnson) and feel incredibly grateful for everyone who is a part of the Alluviance Community
It feels really good to celebrate this with you all! Thank you for allowing me this moment to share in some of the success of this past year. It really does feel incredible to consider that much of this was done without me even being full-time leading Alluviance, and that makes me that much more excited for what is to come in 2024.
We can't wait to bring the love and the fire and the fun in the New Year. I hope you are taking some time to nourish yourself and prepare to rock this next year like it's nobody's business. Because you know damn well that we are and have an epic year planned for all of you who are a part of this journey!
