I've noticed that many sales professionals, especially early in their careers, often avoid teaching others. It's a disservice to others and a disservice to themselves.
Why?
When you teach something, you begin to master it.
Let's me explain - When you teach, you process and understand how you think. Teaching reveals the secrets and techniques you might not even know you're doing. And when you do that, you begin to iterate and improve on those little bits of magic.
I can assure you, no matter where you're at in your sales career, you have something to teach. Even if it's the basics that everybody already knows, it's always a great reminder to simplify things.
