Weekly Alluviance #104: When Things Get Hard, Remember This

Your weekly dose of Alluviance!
The hard days are inevitable. You know the ones I’m talking about... when nothing seems to land, rejection stings a little sharper, and doubt starts whispering in your ear.
It’s easy to think the struggle is a sign you’re doing something wrong. That maybe, just maybe, you’re not cut out for this.
But that couldn’t be further from the truth.
You've committed to some big things this year, and I need you to remember this when you come up to those growth edges:
Growth doesn’t always feel like sunshine and rainbows. It’s not glamorous. It’s not a highlight reel. Real growth is clumsy, uncomfortable, and hard.
Don't climb that mountain alone. You need people who remind you of what you’re capable of, who hold you accountable, and who won’t let you shrink into the excuses.
I know this works because I’ve seen it firsthand. We’ve built a community of sales professionals and leaders who are pushing past their limits, stepping into their potential, and taking their craft to an entirely new level. The results they’re producing? Exceptional. And the best part? It’s contagious.
And when you pair that with a commitment to mastery -- to showing up every single day, refining your craft, and embracing the hard days -- you become unstoppable.
If coming to an Alluviance immersion or joining our community isn’t in the cards for you right now, that’s okay. But don’t go it alone. Find your people. The ones who challenge you, support you, and won’t let you quit when things get hard. And double down on mastery. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the path to greatness.
Because when the hard days come (and they will), community and mastery will be what carry you through and take you to places you didn’t even know you were capable of reaching.
