Let’s be honest.
Most corporate sales training is broken.
You know. I know it. Everyone knows it. And now we know that there’s a better way.
Most of you know Alluviance today as one of the dopest sales communities in the game (and perhaps even those quirky people who throw immersive experiences in amazing locations).
But that was never the whole story.
The original vision was always bigger. It was about impacting entire company cultures from the inside out.
Last week, we brought that more of that vision to life.
Alongside our Chief Sales Trainer, Chris Caldwell, we ran our first full-day, in-person corporate immersion for 18 leaders at one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Austin.
The energy was electric. But this isn't about a one-day motivational high.
This is a six-month engagement, with reinforcement trainings built-in to make sure the shift is not just felt, but fully integrated.
This is the deeper mission we’ve been building towards. And we’re officially opening the doors to partner with a few more companies who are ready for a real change.
