Your weekly dose of Alluviance!
I’ve seen this play out too many times to call it luck.
When you commit to your growth, out loud and in public, the air around you changes. Not just your mindset. The entire room.
When Mark Kosoglow was my CRO, he’d say it every time I came back from these quarterly growth immersions: “You’d return recommitted to your journey. New awareness. New language. And the team would commit, too.”
That’s the aura of growth.
It isn’t a poster in the office or an inspirational email. It’s a signal your behavior broadcasts: I’m here to get better. Come with me.
Teams pick it up instantly. Growth is socially contagious. So are confidence and curiosity. People calibrate to the most committed person in the room.
Title or not, that can be you. Long before my first official leadership role, simply declaring, I’m here to learn and evolve, sent a quiet message. Growth is happening here. And when that’s true, people around you drop a little armor, get a little more real, and get curious about their own potential.
Your commitment isn’t just about you.
It’s a gift to your team who feel safe to aim higher. It’s a gift to your prospects who sense grounded presence and trust you faster. It’s a gift to your family and friends who get the best of you, not what’s left of you.
Your growth is never just yours.
It’s an aura. A ripple effect.
And it’s the most powerful thing you can bring into any room.
Let’s be the ones who change the temperature.
P.S. Next Thursday I am hosting our next masterclass for this exact reason. It’s a deep dive into creating this aura shift. Lock down your free spot here. |
