Weekly Alluviance #140: Alluviance Heads to the Mountains

ree

Your weekly dose of Alluviance!

As I write this, I’m en route to Aspen for our 15th Alluviance immersion.

This weekend, 52 people will step into a room together. To connect, to challenge themselves, and to do the deep work.

It feels like a lifetime ago, but I can still picture our very first one.

It wasn't at a fancy resort in the mountains.

It was in a friend’s living room.

A handful of us, sitting on couches and the floor, fueled by a gut feeling and a whole lot of trust. We didn’t have a proven model or a slick brand. We just had a shared desire to go deeper than the surface-level bullshit.

So what connects that cramped living room to the mountains of Aspen?

What’s the thread that has pulled hundreds of high-performers into these spaces over the years?

It's the creation of a sacred space in a world that’s constantly trying to distract you.

It’s the magic of putting dozens of bad-ass, growth-minded humans in one room. People who are on the same path, who get it, and who have your back.

It’s the commitment to up-leveling your craft in ways corporate training can’t touch, because we work on the human first, the salesperson second.

And it’s the radical act of disconnecting from the noise to truly reconnect with yourself.

The container has gotten bigger, but the mission has never changed.

I’m so honored that this is our work. So grateful for every single person who has trusted this process.

It truly feels like we’re just getting started.

To everyone meeting us in Aspen this weekend, I can’t wait to see you.

Let’s get to work.
