Weekly Alluviance #34: Be Better
YOUR WEEKLY DOSE OF ALLUVIANCE!
We are at a record low of attainment for sales reps across the board.
When you read that statement, where does you mind go to first?
There is no right or wrong answer, but I'm genuinely curious. Do you use that as justification for the results you're currently getting? Or does that fire you up to outperform your peers?
Regardless of where that question led you, I want you to understand this very important point.
It doesn't get easier, you simply get better.
The world is throwing 7 different kinds of smoke at you, and it's up to you to step up.
No one is coming to save you. The markets may get better or... they may get worse. You can't control that. So I'm inviting and challenging you to do the work to get better, keep growing, and invest in your own development.
We're down to our final 8 spots for the Arise Immersion in Austin, TX in November. I really want YOU to be one of the final people to fill out this amazing group of sales professionals and sales leaders who come together to get better. To make it as easy as possible for my newsletter readers, you can book time directly on my calendar until we sell these last few spots. This is the time to step up!

3. Quote to fuel your Alluviance:
"Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning." – Benjamin Franklin
If you want to be better, the time to do something about it is now. If not, well, there's always tomorrow.
