The Essence Led Leader doesn't ignore those feelings and experiences. They recognize their positive purpose in helping us identify what is holding us back.
In the words of one of my teachers - the only way through is through.
This is the path towards Essence Led Leadership and the path I invite you to explore. It starts with deep self-inquiry. It catalyzes true self-connection and a belief in something bigger.
