I am currently in the middle of a 10-day Vipassana Silent Meditation retreat.


And let's be clear. This isn't a club trip or a week on a beach sipping cocktails. This is 14 hours a day. Sitting on a cushion. No talking. Just me and my thoughts. For 10 days straight.


For all we know, I might even be crying on my cushion when this newsletter goes out 😂


Why would I ever choose to do this to myself and why would I do this as a way to prepare myself for the Arise Immersion?


Because leaders go first.


If I'm going to stand up in front of room full of incredible sales professionals and ask them to do the inner work, you can be damn sure I'm going to have done the work myself. Authenticity and integrity are a core part of what makes an Alluviant Leader, and this retreat is part of my path to be in alignment with that.


I have no idea who I'll be or what I'll be when I come back. I have no doubt though that 4:30am - 10pm in silent meditation for 10 days is going to reveal a lot. My goal is to listen and let it come through.


I have such deep gratitude for each and every one of you who takes the time to read these newsletters each week. I will continue to transmit my journey and experiences in all that we do as we master the craft of sales by transforming the inner game - together!
