Immersion Background
Our Origin

The Beginning
of the Beginning.

When I first stepped into leadership, I thought I had to prove myself every single day.

Imposter syndrome drove me to grind harder than everyone else. I over-prepared. I over-worked. I tied my self-worth to performance. On paper, it looked like success. Internally, it felt like a constant swing between confidence and doubt.

I eventually realized something important: mastering sales tactics alone wasn’t enough. You can know the playbook cold and still feel anxious before big calls. You can hit quota and still feel empty.

That realization sent me deeper.

Over the last decade, I’ve invested thousands of hours into the inner game — attending over 100 retreats, studying under Zen teachers, spending time in silence, and exploring modalities like meditation, breathwork, and parts work. Not because it sounded interesting, but because I wanted stability. I wanted to understand why high performers burn out, and how to build something more sustainable.

When I moved to New York to open a new office and build a team from scratch, I put that work into practice. We didn’t just sharpen tactics — we built culture. We talked about pressure. We clarified vision. We held high standards without fear-based leadership.

That team became the top-performing office in the company.

That’s when the pattern became clear.

The highest-performing individuals and teams do three things well: they master their craft, they face what’s internally holding them back, and they surround themselves with others committed to growth.

Execution. Self-connection. Community.

When those three align, performance compounds and burnout decreases. When one is missing, things eventually crack.

Alluviance was built at that intersection — to develop leaders and sales teams who can scale revenue without sacrificing clarity, culture, or character.

This isn’t about choosing between performance and purpose.

It’s about building both.

Meet the Visionaries.

A collective of seasoned professionals combining unmatched expertise in sales with a deep commitment to personal growth.
