The term "Alluviance" was born in 2019, during a simple breakfast conversation that sparked a profound realization. It represents a state of flow where you've fallin in love with the process of mastering your craft and becoming the most authentic version of yourself.
Alluviance is about much more than just professional achievements. It’s about connecting deeply with who you are at your core, and letting that authenticity shine through in everything you do—whether it’s in your role as a sales professional, a leader, or a member of a community.
Meet the Team

Alex Kremer
Founder & CEO
Alex Kremer is the visionary founder of Alluviance, a transformative community dedicated to empowering sales professionals. His approach is built on over 15 years of experience in tech sales and leadership at companies like Microsoft, DocuSign, Outreach, and Catalyst.
At Outreach, Alex scaled high-performing teams, spearheading the SMB division from zero to 40 sales reps before relocating to New York to launch their Mid-Market & Enterprise teams. Under his leadership, his teams consistently ranked among the nation’s best, earning him President’s Club recognition multiple years running. Within the industry, Alex became known as an “Inner Game & Culture” leader, hosting the Sales Engagement Podcast and speaking at major conferences like Unleash and Dreamforce.
Alongside his corporate career, Alex invested deeply in his own inner growth. He has studied under zen teachers and transformational coaches and attended more than 75 immersive retreats over the past 15 years, focusing on meditation, breathwork, and vision work to master high-performance without burnout.

Chris Caldwell
Chief Sales Training Officer
Chris Caldwell is a renowned sales trainer and the Chief Sales Training Officer at Alluviance. With his innovative "Sell as You Are" approach, Chris emphasizes authenticity and integrity in sales, helping professionals build genuine connections and achieve lasting success. Known for his practical insights and transformative methods, Chris is dedicated to empowering sales teams to thrive by aligning their strategies with their true selves. Through his work at Alluviance, Chris continues to inspire and elevate sales professionals to reach their full potential.

Rob Renahan
Cofounder of Alluviance & Founder of Dynamic Presence
Rob is a visionary leader, futurist, entrepreneur, and change agent. His vision is both spiritual and worldly. He aspires to the highest intersection between spiritual realization and human development as outlined by the model of Integral Spirituality. He supports other visionary leaders inspired by this spiritual vision to embody the markers for essence-led visionary leadership and ultimately 2nd Tier leadership. He founded the eco-system Lumina, so these visionary leaders can collaborate together using the relational model, Dynamic Presence, to create greater impact in the world.
Rob founded Dynamic Presence in 2016 and developed it from multiple disciplines and models such as business, developmental psychology, and the wisdom traditions.
His visionary journey started at the age of 16 when he experienced two awakening experiences. The first, when he was exposed to the film Gandhi in his high school Global Studies class, he experienced his heart open and awaken to the identity of a visionary and transformational leader and to Gandhi's teaching: be the change you want to see in the world. The second, a few months later when he experienced the power of mind and how thoughts affect one's mental health. These two experiences catapulted him into personal development.
He would spend the next 33 years and a life vow to be the change he wants to see in the world. A pivotal foundation in his journey was when he created an 8-year specialized training program for his inner and relational development in the 2000s. During this time, he spent winters and a few summers in a zen monastery practicing complete silence and 18+ daily hours of meditation for 90 days at a time. Other summers, he trained in a Taoist community learning the ancient wisdom of qigong and yoga. At other times, he would continue this diligent training at home for 10 hours M-F or would rent a cabin in the woods and follow a solitary retreat. Putting all the 90 day and other silent retreats together in this time span, Rob experienced a cumulative time of almost 3 years in silence and deep meditation. He discovered in these 8 years the foundation for nonduality, compassion, empathy, and deep listening. To know another, you need to know yourself.
Since then, he has trained with various other teachers and lineages such as Classical Tantra and Tibetan Buddhism (Dzogchen). In 2022, when his Dzogchen teacher died, and Rob was yearning to be with a great teacher, Mahavatar Babaji, the Immortal yogi appeared to him in a vision and guided him to receive blessings and teachings from the Retinue model and practice - a congregation of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Ascended Masters with Mahavatar Babaji at the center. He currently is learning this new way of receiving teachings.
Rob also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Psychology; and a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology and has been teaching for 25 years to individuals and groups. He most recently has been training high achievers such as entrepreneurs, sales leaders, and a leadership development organization in increasing their relational intelligence. In the latter, he has been advising the CEO and his executive team on culture and optimizing team dynamics.
Rob spends 2-3 hours every morning connecting with his body sensations, feelings, emotions, and soul with the practice of meditation, qigong, yoga, and visioning. This self-connection provides the foundation for his relational work and helping others reach their highest potential within themselves and with others as visionary and transformational leaders.

Courtney Russell

Hi, I’m Courtney Russell.
I’m keynote speaker, breathwork facilitator, and resilience coach helping people awaken to the power they have within.
Before this work, I spent years in sales and sales leadership. Chasing success, pushing harder, and burning out in the process. That journey taught me firsthand that achievement means nothing without alignment. Now, I guide past versions of myself: high-performing humans who want to create impact without losing themselves in the process.
Through my BASIC Resilience Framework—Breath, Adaptability, Self-Compassion, Intention, and Connection—I help individuals and organizations regulate their nervous systems, lead with presence, and create lasting change from the inside out.
I believe we are far more powerful than we’ve ever been conditioned to believe. When we shift our inner world, everything around us transforms.
I draw from science, spirituality, and somatic healing...but ultimately, I’m just a guide.

Clara Johnson
Yoga & Sales Instructor
I’ve spent my career at the crossroads of sales, tech, and leadership. Helping teams grow revenue, connect with purpose, and bring a little more humanity into the way we work.
Over the last decade, I’ve led high-performing teams in SaaS, built outbound strategies from scratch, and coached sellers to not just hit quota but actually enjoy the process. I love the psychology of sales, understanding people, building trust, and creating real conversations that move things forward.
At the same time, my yoga practice keeps me grounded. I started fLOWHOUSE yoga (an online workout platform) to help individuals working from home get out of their heads and into their bodies, which allowed me an immense amount of calmness. Embodiment practices is where I learned that presence and performance aren’t opposites - they’re the same muscle, just trained differently.
Whether I’m guiding a flow or running a sales training, my goal is always to help people feel clear, confident, and connected to what matters most.
I bring all of that, the strategy, the heart, and the hustle to all the work I do. Because business isn’t just about numbers; it’s about people, energy, and alignment. When those things come together, results flow naturally.
