Weekly Alluviance #17: It doesn't have to be so hard
YOUR WEEKLY DOSE OF ALLUVIANCE!
"It doesn't have be so hard" is a message that has stuck with me these last few weeks since it was shared with me from one of my teachers.
Over thinking, seeking external validation, lack of self-compassion, resistance to change, neglecting self care, procrastination, perfectionism, fear of failure, negative self talk...
The list goes on and on. I know you can relate to at least one of those. Why? Because we're human. That's what we do.
And yet - it doesn't have to be so hard.
How do we change it?
Serve something bigger than ourselves - a cause, a mission, God, your family, you name it. Something that takes us out of our own head and puts us into a mindset where we are leaving a legacy.
This mindset is at the heart of what we'll be teaching at the Arise immersion (only 3 spots left by the way 🔥). I'll be sharing more of my personal journey with not making it have to be so hard and what's been working for me.
