I want you to feel stuck.
Not because I'm a mean person or I want you to suffer. It's because I've felt stuck, several times, and I know what's on the opposite end of the stuck.
We live in a world where most people want to immediately fix, bypass, distract, or run from challenge. What they miss is that the pain and discomfort is a critical part of the growth path.
Being stuck means that you see a vision for a better future and you're not quite there yet. Yes, agreed, it sucks being in the middle of that, but it's a guide on your journey. The stuckness is your teacher.
If you're feeling like you're not far enough along, like you don't have clarity on what to do next, like the passion and enthusiasm is missing, like procrastination is your best friend, I get it. Trust me I do. And I'd like for you to consider what these stuck feelings are trying to reveal to you.
Alluviant leaders don't run from the challenge. They lean into it and learn from it. Being stuck can be the exact catalyst needed for massive transformation.

From the age of 22 to 26 I wore a suit and tie to every customer facing meeting. I didn't do it because I thought I'd "look cool", but more so because I was terrified that clients would judge me for being a kid.
I used to straight up lie to customers that asked me how I old I was for fear of being seen as "less than" and losing credibility.
