Weekly Alluviance #53: All My Hustlers Better Be Doing This Too!

YOUR WEEKLY DOSE OF ALLUVIANCE!

I am the type of person that goes hard and sometimes even pushes past my own limits. Last year, I turned Alluviance into a full-time business all while being a W2 sales leader and being a part of several demanding coaching programs.

I'm writing this newsletter to all my hustlers out there who get things done at an extraordinary level. And as a reminder to myself of course.

Please, please, please make sure to take time for integration.

Yes, I survived my 10 day silent meditation retreat. And yes, it was probably one of the hardest things I've ever done. It pushed me to the extremes in every direction and stretched my mental capacity and discipline in ways that I didn't know I could.

And now that I'm back, we have our next Arise Immersion for me to prepare for while I'm looking to fill up the last 3 spots (drop me an email if you think this is for you). Many things to do. Many things. Always.

Which is why I'm writing this reminder to myself and all of you.

After a big work sprint or a sales push or perhaps a 3 day sales Immersion in San Diego on February 23 - 25 😁, it is absolutely critical to take time to rest and integrate. Make the space to take in what you just went through. What you learned, what went well, what didn't go so well, what will stick with you. Journal, go for a long run, sit in a sauna or ice bath. Do what you need to do.

Integration time is one of the most important, and also most overlooked, aspects of your personal growth journey. This week, after coming back to the world of the speaking, I am reminded of that more than ever.
