When we recently added all of the previous newsletter editions to our website, I was looking back through our writings and came to this strange realization...
We never really told you what Alluviance is and why it matters for sales professionals and leaders.
Yes, we've shared on our website and in our posts that Alluviance helps people "master the craft of sales by transforming the inner game," And that is exactly what we do. But that is not what Alluviance is.
If you've been to one of our immersive experiences, you certainly got the transmission of Alluviance from our time together, but I want to share it here clearly and succinctly.
Alluviance is a response and manifestation to the new wave of rising leadership that is emerging in sales.
The entire sales industry is undergoing its own personal transformation and what emerging is the Sales Professional. We've talked about the Sales Profession in recent editions here and here. This transformation is at the heart of Alluviance.
When I got the download to start Alluviance, it was because it was something I wanted to see in the world and something I desperately wanted to be a part of. I have been involved with numerous sales programs and leadership development groups, but they've always left me wanting more.
Alluviance, at its core, is the community and people. It is the immersive experiences. It is the commitment from each of us to work on mastering the craft of sales and improving our inner game. And we do this while having a ton of fun along the way.
Alluviance is our contribution to the future of sales. We come together to do the hard work to get better for our teams, for our clients, for families and for ourselves. As we continue to sell out each and every event that we host, we get better each step of the way. I get better each step of the way. And in doing so, our mission spreads a little more every day as the Alluviance community is out there doing dope things in the world.
This mission lights me up more and more every morning I wake up, every time I read the powerful messages and transformations happening in our community, and every time someone has the aha moment. And I continue to remind myself that Alluviance is still at the beginning of the beginning.
