Weekly Alluviance #7: Fulfilling a Dream
YOUR WEEKLY DOSE OF ALLUVIANCE!
If I really allow myself to go there, this past weekend was the manifestation of something that has been brewing for the past 3 years.
Alluviance held its first live, in-person immersion for 3 action packed days with sales professionals from some of the best tech companies across the country. It was everything I had envisioned and a beautiful combination of the right people, right place and right time. Days later and I still feel like I'm in the portal that was opened during the weekend.
This weekend didn't just help us become better sales professionals and leaders, it also gave us greater clarity on our unique why's and the need to step up in how we lead ourselves. Most importantly, it brought us closer into community with people on a similar journey and hungry for more meaningful impact.
If you have the opportunity to take part in an immersive weekend event and are on the fence, consider this a nudge to make the leap. I was in a similar position in 2017, and I'm so happy I chose to take action. We will be announcing our next immersion soon and would love to connect with you if you think this is even a tiny bit interesting to you.

I fulfilled a lifelong dream of mine this past weekend. Something that I've dreamt of for practically my entire life. And the best part was I didn't achieve it alone.
3. Quote to fuel your Alluviance:
“And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself?” – Rumi
The greatest part for me in this journey to leading this first immersion was who I had to become in the process. It required massive upleveling in my capacities as a leader, and I'm grateful for the challenge and support of all those who contributed to this process. Leaders strive to make other leaders better, and that's more true now than ever.
With Alluviance,
Alex Kremer
