Weekly Alluviance #97: Gratitude for the Journey, Excitement for the Future

As 2024 winds to a close, I’ve found myself reflecting on a year that has felt like a whirlwind. It was the most amazing year, full of challenges, changes, and some obstacles that stretched me in ways I never could have predicted. And yet, as I look back at the many blessings, one word keeps surfacing: gratitude.
This weekend, we’ll host our final Arise Immersion of the year, right here in Austin, Texas.
Twenty-two sales professionals will step away from their day-to-day grind and into a space designed to challenge them to grow. Not just as professionals, but as people. This will be our sixth in-person immersive event of 2024, and it still blows me away to think about how far this vision has come.
But as proud as I am of what we’ve accomplished this year, the energy right now is all about what’s next: the immersion this coming weekend and the BIG year ahead.
For starters, I’m thrilled to announce we’ll be adding two new members to the Alluviance team in 2025. These hires aren’t just about “expanding the business.” They’re about amplifying the mission. About reaching more people, building more connection, and deepening the work that we do. Growth isn’t about getting bigger for the sake of it. It’s about creating space to serve at an even higher level.
Then there’s Costa Rica! In February 2025, we’ll host a week-long retreat that’s been in the works for what feels like forever. Imagine a setting where you can truly step away, surrounded by nature, and dive deeper into your purpose, your craft, your vision for what’s next. This will be our first-ever international retreat where we'll be bringing together dozens of sales professionals from around the world. 2024 has been a year of momentum. Of laying foundations, experimenting, and pushing boundaries. But 2025? That's when we take everything to the next level. The mission hasn’t changed. We're still helping sales professionals find purpose, community, and growth. But the scale of it? That’s about to shift in a big way.
