Science has been screaming at us for years. We’re just not listening.

 

A massive study published in Harvard Business Review found that teams with a strong sense of belonging see a 56% increase in performance1.

 

Fifty. Six. Percent.

 

Another multi-year study at Google (Project Aristotle)2 discovered that the single biggest driver of their most elite teams wasn't individual talent. It was psychological safety: the feeling that you have your team’s back, and they have yours.

 

The data is undeniable. The science is settled.

 

So my question is: why are most sales floors run like a knife fight in a phone booth?

 

We preach teamwork, but we build cultures that are fiercely individualistic. We talk about collaboration, but our leaderboards create internal competition. We say we want authenticity, but we manage with a dashboard that only measures the numbers, not the human being hitting them.

 

We chase a 2% lift from a new script while leaving a 56% boost from real human connection on the table.

 

It’s completely insane.

 

And it’s the exact problem Alluviance was built to solve.
