You are here to be extraordinary. In this life time. In the work you do. In your leadership. In your relationships. All of it.


I'm taking this statement as a given. Ordinary doesn't suffice for you and me. And yet, there are times where ordinary is extraordinary.


The best surfers in the world know this. Good waves? Bad waves? Makes no difference to them. These elite surfers go out and make the most out of every single wave they catch. They know they can't control the conditions or the wave, so they do the best they can with what the ocean presents to them. Every wave has the potential to be something special.


This is what separates true sales professionals from the rest. They make the most out of every lead, every opportunity, and every deal that comes across their plate. They outperform in good markets and bad markets. They show up and surf.
