The day you become a leader is the day you realize no one is coming to save you.
It’s the day you understand that true leadership isn’t about waiting for someone else to show you the way or solve your problems. It isn't about who reports into you or who you report to yourself. It’s about taking responsibility for your own path, decisions, and actions. It's about owning your successes and your failures with equal grace.
This realization transforms how you see your role and your potential. Here’s why:
