YOUR WEEKLY DOSE OF ALLUVIANCE!


We're wrapping up the month of September, and with it, our theme of personal development and leadership growth. I know some of you were feeling our post on Discovering the Spiritual Side of Leadership, and we also got deep into it with Leading Yourself and Plotting Your Personal Development Course.


As we blaze a path forward into Q4, this final email on personal development is going to take a bit of a different turn.


I'm going to call you forward.


This email will upset some of you and a couple of you may even unsubscribe, but that's ok because for those of you that accept this call forward, it has an opportunity to completely alter the trajectory of your life. Many of you are going through the motions in your life without making a serious commitment to something bigger than yourself. And this is a direct call forward to you to change life being "just good" and turn it into something extraordinary. I am inviting you to one of our next two immersions, because I so fully believe in the power and transformation of what we are doing and have no problem with making a direct offer that might ruffle some feathers. (Also, if you are offended by a direct sales pitch, I have other questions for you about what you're even doing in sales 😜)


Alluviance has been incredibly fortunate to sell out all of our immersions in the past, and I'm sure we'll do so again, but it's not about filling the seats. I WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE READY TO TAKE A STAND FOR SOMETHING MORE. People who are tired of the status quo and know there's something more for them. The Alluviance community attracts a high quality of people who are committed to do something more in their life. In-person immersions gives you an opportunity to be deeply catalyzed into who you were really meant to be, and I want my loyal newsletter readers to join us.
